I'll leave you with this song
to put you in a party mood for the weekend.
Off with their heads!
We're glad to welcome back Britain's Got Talent on our screens and even more glad to welcome the return of Simon Cowell! As hopeful as I was I was shocked and horrified by older "girl group" Deja Vu...a situation I hope to never experience again, ironically. With their interesting mix of gothic attire and ominous harmonies they were destined for failure from the beginning...better luck next year ladies! After being traumatised by the gruesome Deja Vu we were serenaded by the young Irish charmer Ryan O'Shaunghnessy. He sang his own song "No Name" about a girl he fancied from school...how adorable! I guess we have her to thank for the amazing performance he put in on Saturday night. Guest judge Carmen Elektra was a sight for sore eyes during this weeks show, however she was definitely outshone by burlesque dancer Beatrix von Bourbon who Simon dubbed "Britain's answer to Dita von Teese". Beatrix has definitely been our favourite this week, but who was your favourite? Tweet us @label_newcastle using the hashtag #LabelsGotTalent
With Bank Holiday weekend soon upon us we have no doubt there will be plenty of day time drinking sessions and messy nights out - and we want you to look your best! Our item of choice is the maxi dress! Suitable for every occasion, they can be dressed up or dress down and there is one to flatter every figure. We think Jess Wright from TOWIE is a top ambassador for the maxi dress with some of her best pics posted below, if you think you can pull it off better tweet us using the hashtag #LabelLook
Here are this weeks chosen tracks from our resident DJs:
Craig Blackfox - J. Cole / Work Out
George Elliot - David Vendetta Feat Booty Luv / Sun Comes Up
Much love,
Label
