Fashion for the Weekend

Welcome to the start of a new week bloggers! I trust you are all now well rested after a long weekend of partying? A lot of very special guests graced us with their presence last week including the lovely Players staff, Nyce Nails and we were even paid a visit by the very smartly dressed staff of Yates on their awards night. Hopefully you were able to join us too, if not...then you really missed out!

I was overwhelmed the amount of really, really, ridiculously good looking people...so much so that in this weeks blog I've decided to take a look at the new fashion and trends to hit our red carpet here at Label! At this time of year it can be hard to choose what to wear because we're in between seasons, however, in Newcastle we're never afraid to show some skin. I've picked three essential items for every girl's wardrobe this week:

The Cut Out Dress

Worn by Audrina Patridge (The Hills)                                      And seen on Hervé Leger catwalk

Hotpants

Worn by Molly King (The Saturdays)                                       And seen on Louis Vuitton catwalk

Striped Trousers

Worn by Beetlejuice...                                                                 And seen on Gucci catwalk

I apologize to your credit card if I've encouraged any unplanned shopping trips - you can thank me during the week when you're being papped by our I AM VIP photographer!

There's been a lot of hype over new movie Project X so, naturally, I wanted to see what the fuss was about. With just a group of teenagers and a camera it's managed to become one of the most talked about films of 2012. The camera follows the young boys in their endevour to throw the best house party their school has ever seen. What starts off as a small get together quickly spirals out of control - with scenes of bad behaviour and a sick soundtrack it was definitely "the party you've only dreamed about".

Our resident DJs have chosen their favourite tracks at the minute so here is a bit of what you'll be hearing this week:

DJ Matt James - Nicki Minaj / Starships

DJ Craig Blackfox - Drake / The Motto

DJ George Elliot - Sgt Slick / That's What This Love Is

Why not do something out of the ordinary this week and opt for a cool cocktail rather than a double paint stripper and "energy drink"? At Label we use only the finest, premium spirits from spiced Bacardi Oakheart to crisp Bombay Sapphire. With a cocktail to suit every palate you'll be spoilt for choice...TWICE with our week long buy one get one free offer. You can also decide whether or not you want to remember the night by taking advantage of our £1.50 jagerbombs, vodbombs and glitterbombs (or for the £1 Sourz for the more timid party goers). For birthdays and big nights out why not book a booth in our Gold Lounge? For bookings contact us on facebook.com/labelnewcastle. Don't waste anymore time and come see what you've been missing out on!

Remember to follow us on the social media listed below and feel free to share and reblog this as much as you like.

And don't forget Label opens at 5pm this Saturday with 2 4 1 cocktails till 10pm and extra special drinks for St Patrick's Day. Check out Facebook for more information.

Sadly our BBQs will have to stay in the shed a bit longer...maybe next week will bring better weather!

We'll see you through the week or the windows at Label Newcastle

Much love,
